Complete Range of Flange Types
We supply a full range of flange types designed to meet different pressure levels, temperature conditions, and installation requirements.
Weld Neck Flange
Designed for high-pressure and high-temperature systems. The tapered hub structure improves strength and reduces stress concentration.
Slip On Flange
Simple structure and easy installation. A cost-effective solution for low-pressure applications.
Blind Flange
Used to seal the end of pipelines. Ensures safe operation during inspection or system expansion.
Socket Weld Flange
Suitable for small-diameter pipelines. Provides strong connection in high-pressure environments.
Threaded Flange
No welding required. Ideal for special conditions where welding is not permitted.
Lap Joint Flange
Used with stub ends. Allows easy alignment and frequent dismantling.
Applications
Our flanges are widely used in critical industries where safety and reliability are essential.
Each application requires strict quality control and precise engineering to ensure long-term performance.
Flange Material Grades Comparison
| Material | Strength | Corrosion Resistance | Temperature Range | Typical Use |
|---|---|---|---|---|

FAQ
Can flanges be manufactured according to custom drawings?
Yes. We provide OEM and custom flange manufacturing based on technical drawings, including non-standard sizes, special materials, and customized facing types.
What international standards do you follow for flange production?
We manufacture flanges according to global standards, including:
ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, DIN EN 1092-1, JIS B2220, and GOST.
This ensures compatibility with international pipeline systems.
What is the typical lead time for flange orders?
For standard products, production time is usually 7–15 days.
Custom or large-volume orders may require additional lead time depending on specifications and quantity.
Do you provide third-party inspection before shipment?
Yes. Third-party inspection such as SGS, BV, and TUV can be arranged upon request. We also provide material test certificates (MTC EN10204 3.1).
What is the difference between weld neck and slip-on flanges?
Weld neck flanges are welded to the pipe and provide higher strength and fatigue resistance, making them suitable for high-pressure systems. Slip-on flanges are easier to install and are used in lower-pressure applications.
