It occurs on the interface between the sealing spherical surface of the lens gasket and the conical sealing surface of the pipe end, mainly caused by pipeline oscillation, poor installation, medium corrosion, process shaking, and other reasons. The oscillation of pipelines is mainly caused by factors such as the oscillation of adjacent equipment, the airflow pulsation caused by fluid movement inside the pipeline, and the excitation of pipe fittings (such as elbows and valves). Therefore, in cases where the direction and structural scale of the pipeline cannot be changed due to limitations, the method of stopping reinforcement of the pipeline is mostly chosen, and pipe racks and clamps are added to bends, valves, reducers, and positions with larger spans.
