How to demonstrate the advantages of stainless steel flanges

A flange, also known as a flange or flange, is a component that connects pipes and valves. Carbon steel flanges are the difference between standard carbon steel flanges and precision machined ones (which is not familiar and generally not visible): the general standard for cast carbon steel flanges on the market is 1:5mm, with chamfered edges and non slip burrs on the edge holes. Casting carbon steel flanges has a small volume and is in automatic mode in public services.

Stainless steel flanges are not easily corroded or damaged. Stainless steel is one of the crucial building materials in metal composite materials. Given the inherent properties of stainless steel, structural components are attached to the integrity of engineering design. Stainless steel chrome plated stamped flange is a combination of mechanical strength and high elongation. Easy to process and manufacture, able to meet the requirements of repairmen and structural designers.

All metals will echo with oxygen in the air, forming an oxide film on the outside. Among various flanges, the standard for carbon steel flanges is qualified. Other flanges may have unqualified pressure indicators, cracks, and waste of raw materials. Therefore, when using flanges, if there are no special application requirements, it is better to choose carbon steel flanges.
