Although it can be used from scratch, it is not easy to open and seal during maintenance.
Tape or semi-solid anti-corrosion tape treatment scheme: Tape wrapped in rolls (such as mineral grease tape, wax or elastic polymer wrapping tape) is wrapped around the surface of the substrate for protection. Due to the good waterproof properties of semi-solid polymers, this protection method can provide reliable anti-corrosion protection.
However, if the flange shape is messy, this information is not only time-consuming but also difficult to construct. When disassembling bolts, the data is relatively soft and easy to cut, but it is difficult to seal and restore the original protection from scratch after disassembly, so it is generally necessary to start construction from scratch. Polymer sealing bag treatment plan: The sealing bag can completely wrap the flange and is composed of low-permeability polymer, corrosion inhibitor vapor, and desiccant.
